a. based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 100/PMK.01/2008 concerning Organization and Working Management of the Ministry of Finance as amended several times and the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 73/PMK.01/2009, said that Directorate of Receiving and Regulations of Customs and Excise implements function to prepare policy formulation, standardization and technical guide, evaluation and investigation of the objection to the decision in customs and excise, and appeal;
b. based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 74/PMK.01/2009 concerning Organization and Working Management of Vertical Department of Directorate General of Customs and Excise, said that Customs and Excise field at Area Office of Directorate General of Customs and Excise has function for investigation for objection to decision in customs and excise field, and prepare administration in related with appeal;
c. based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 74/PMK.01/2009 concerning Organization and Working Management of Vertical Department of Directorate General of Customs and Excise, said that Treasury and Objection Department of Primary Service Office has function to implement investigation for objection to decision in customs and excise and prepare administration in related with appeal;
d. there is needed efficient steps in implementation of investigation to objections not fulfill conditions to propose objection;
e. that based on considerations as described in a, b, c, and d, it is necessary to stipulate Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise concerning Delegation of Right on behalf of Director General of Customs and Excise to Makes and Signs Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise for Objection in Customs and Excise to Director of Customs and Excise Receiving and Regulations, Head of Area Office of Customs and Excise, Head of Primary Service Office of Customs and Excise, and Head of Control and Service Office of Customs and Excise;

3. Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2006 concerning Organization and Vertical Desk Working Arrangement in Ministry of Finance Environment, that is amended by Presidential Regulation Number 22 of 2007;

7. Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 74/PMK.01/2009 concerning Organization and Vertical Desk Working Arrangement in Directorate General of Customs and Excise;
DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE CONCERNING DELEGATION OF RIGHT ON BEHALF OF DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE TO MAKES AND SIGNS DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE FOR OBJECTION IN CUSTOMS AND EXCISE TO DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE RECEIVING AND REGULATIONS, HEAD OF AREA OFFICE OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE, HEAD OF PRIMARY SERVICE OFFICE OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE, AND HEAD OF CONTROL AND SERVICE OFFICE OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE.

on behalf of Director General of Customs and Excise for Objection in Customs as described in Article 93, Article 93A, Article 94 of Law Number 10 of 1995 concerning Customs that is amended by Law Number 17 of 2006, and to makes and to signs Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise for Objection in Excise as described in Article 41 of Law Number 11 of 1995 concerning Excise that is amended by Law Number 39 of 2007.
Director of Customs and Excise Receiving and Regulations, Head of Area Office of Customs and Excise, Head of Primary Service Office of Customs and Excise, and Head of Control and Service Office of Customs and Excise shall submit implementation report of right as described in FIRST paragraph periodically to Director General of Customs and Excise.

If in the future there is any mistake in this Director General Decision, it will be amended.
This Decision is effective since 30 (thirty) days after date of stipulation.
